The Samurai's Summer House-Japanese Edo Period
The Coventry Cottage kit was the second house I built on the Greenleaf Building Team and it's the house that I have bashed the most. To tell the truth, there wasn't much of that sweet little house that didn't get bashed in it's transformation from a victorian cottage into an oriental house. It finally occurred to me that when I took the pictures of the Samurai's Summer Cottage, it was prior to a somewhat more civilized photography setup that I use today. So I brought it down to the studio and took some pictures that show the house with a bit more clarity as well as the changes that have occured over the past couple of years.
